The aim of this research was to study voluntary frontal muscle tension regulation as sensorimotor integration disturbance indicator in children with ADHD. Methods. 108 boys with ADHD in the age of 6-9 years old participated in research. First they were tested to define psycho-emotional tension level (Temml test) and parents were questioned with SNAP-IV to reveal ADHD subtype and severity. Then frontal muscle tension in rest was registered during 4 minutes. After this participants went through the task to decrease frontal muscle tension voluntary. The task consisted of 4 trials for 4 minutes each. Results In the result of this study data analysis it was found that 86% of participants demonstrated decreased level of frontal muscle tension (8,8±0,3 V). Simultaneously the level of psycho-emotional tension corresponded to normal. The successful voluntary frontal muscle tension decrease showed children with light ADHD severity independently of initial tension level (р0,01). Participants with medium and high syndrome severity could not decrease their frontal muscle tension. Statistically significant difference in connection between successful task solving with ADHD subtype was not found. To conclude we can assume that children with ADHD have sensorimotor integration disturbance which indicated by ability to regulate frontal muscle tension voluntary. The level of sensorimotor integration disturbance depends on ADHD severity, but not from ADHD subtype. References: 1. Bazanova O.M., Jafarova O.A., Mernaya E.M., Mazhorina K.V., Stark M.B.
