executed on device BioSpec 70/30 (“Bruker”, Germany) with an induction of a magnetic field 7 Tl and gradiente system of 105 ¼Ô½/m. The morphometric analysis of MRT-images was spent in program ImageJ 1.38. (National Institutes of Health, USA). The severity of TBI was estimated on the serial stained histologic sections by light microscopy. Data were analyzed statistically using the computer program Statistica 6.0 (Statsoft, USA). Intragroup comparisons were made using the MannWhitney U test. Statistical differences in infarct volume was accessed using Student's t-test. Results of research. Before operation all experimental animals have typed 14 points in the “Limb placing test”. Animals of the first (control) group have repeated the test for 9-day for 14 points. The animals of the 2nd group have typed 11,6±0,3 points (P<0,05), the 3rd group – 10,45±0,3 points (Р<0,05); the 4th group – 9,1±0,4 points (Р<0,01). A histologic study of the brain slices revealed, that the properties of necrotic areas in the center of traumatic damage depends on the height from which the weight was falled. At the height of 10 sm, the depth of necrotic damage was limited by IV-V (internal granular and ganglionary) layers, and in subcortical structures, first of all in hippocampus, a perivascular oedema was observed. At the height of 15 sm, a necrosis on all cortical depth was defined, and in hippocampus and striatum f perivascular and pericellular oedema was revealed. At the height of 20 sm, besides the deep necrosis in damaged hemisphere the displacement of subcortical structures caused by a significant brain oedema was marked. It should be noted the appearance of exofocal sites with the damaged ischemic neurons in the contralateral (intact) hemisphere formed, probably, owing to posttraumatic oedema of brain matter. MRT-research of a brain showed that the average volume of damage also depends on the height from which the weight was falled. At the height of 15 cm the volume was 81,5±3,4 mm3, and at the height of 10 cm it was 35,83±2,3 mm3. Thus, functional disturbances were confirmed by MRT as well as morphological and histologic studies. The comparison of these parameters will contribute to prognosis of rehabilitation potential at different severity of TBI in experiment. References: 1.Feeney D.M. et al.
