immunosuppression in tissues of studied brain structures in comparison with the control group №1 decreased: activity of the GAD in tissue of the cerebellum is 20,15 ± 1,05, visual cortex - 16,25 ± 1,25, the motor cortex - 14,52 ± 1,38, hypothalamus - 17,46 ± 1,18 mkmol GABA/h per 1 g of tissue. The activity of the enzyme GABA-T in the tissues of the cerebellum 68,64 ± 2,52, the visual cortex 58,32 ± 2,18, motor cortex - 57,85 ± 1,75, the hypothalamus - 88,28 ± 2,84 mkmol Glu/h per 1 g of tissue. It was found that of 10-day-old rats after effect thymalinum in CPA immunosuppression the activity of the GAD increases: in the cerebellum - 23%, the hypothalamus - 56%, the visual cortex 36% of the motor cortex 49% relative to a control number 2. The activity of GABA-T in the tissues of studied brain structures 7-13% decreases compared with the control group №2. Thus, after the action thymalinum in CPA immunosuppression in tissues of studied brain structures of 10-day old rats increased GABA content, on the one side, by enhancing its synthesis from Glu increased activity resulting from the GAD, on the other side, due to its use of small (GABA shunt), which is caused by inhibition of GABA-T activity. Experiments on the corrective properties thymalinum formed under immune deficiency showed that after immunosuppression administration of the drug promotes recovery of activity of the GAD and GABA-T. It is found that act through immunomodulatory cytokine cascades. Thymus peptides activated T cellular immunity and increased production of various cytokines: IL-1, IL-2, IL-6, IL-8, FNOα, IFγ. IL-1 is considered to be binding mediator between the immune and neuroendocrine systems. IL-1 increases the levels of serotonin in the hypothalamus and noradrenaline. Due to the fact that the effect of thymic peptides on GABAergic system implemented in interaction with the serotonergic and dopaminergic systems. On the basis of the obtained results and literature data it is possible to make the conclusion that thymalinum regulates the exchange of GABA in the CNS in CPA immunosuppression. REFERENCES 1.
