in n. basalis magnocellularis neurotoxic fragment Aβ25-35 [2]. Rats 
were divided into 5 groups (each consisting of six animals): intact 
animals (I), sham-operated animals (SO), rats that were bilaterally 
admistered with the neurotoxic fragment 

of Аβ25–35, which were intranasally administered with 10 μl of   

distilled  water 1  h  after surgery

(Аβ25–35+H2O), animals that were intranasally administered with an 

aqueos solution of AB-Glu

obtained from immunized rabbits at a dose of 300 μg/kg (Аβ25–

35+AB-Glu) according to the previous scheme, animals that were 
intranasally administered in the same way with an aqueos solution of 
rabbit γ-globulin obtained from the intact rabbits at a dose of 300 
μg/kg (Аβ25–35+ γ-globulin). Gene expression was analyzed by real-time 
PCR in prefrontal cortex and
hippocampus samples after 3 days after 

operation. Mathematical processing of relative gene expression was 
performed by non-parametric statistics (p <0,05) with Me (Q1; Q3) 
(reference genome was Actb).

RESULTS.
The prefrontal cortex cell transcriptome of the rats administered 

-35 changed towards the programmed cell death. The 

expression of all studied genes increased compared to the intact 
animals. Glutamate antibodies in dose 300 µg/kg one hour after the 
brain damage significantly reduced the increased expression of Aifm 1,  

-35.  The 

obtained results appear to be evidence of the defensive effect of 
glutamate antibodies in gene regulation of key apoptosis genes. The 
molecular mechanism of action of AT-Glu on gene expression Aifm1, Bax, 
Casp3, Dffb Parp1  at present remains insufficiently known, but one can 
assume that one of the possible ways of AT-Glu participate in reducing 
the neuron death of the hippocampus and prefrontal cortex upon 
administration of the neurotoxin Aβ25-35 in the Meynert nucleus is 
mediated by their effect on the level of glutamate and NMDA-receptor 
activity.
