В сборник включены материалы 18-й научно-практической 
межвузовской студенческой конференции «Состояние и перспекти-
вы социально-экономического развития Северо-Запада России», со-
стоявшейся 24 апреля 2019 года в Выборгском филиале Российской 
академии народного хозяйства и государственной службы при Пре-
зиденте Российской Федерации. Публикации охватывают самый ши-
рокий круг дискуссионных вопросов, связанных с тенденциями, 
проблемами, перспективами и рисками социально-экономического 
развития Северо-Западного федерального округа и Российской Фе-
дерации. Сборник материалов предназначен для студентов, аспиран-
тов и преподавателей вузов, экономистов и менеджеров организаций 
различных сфер деятельности, работников органов государственного 
управления и местного самоуправления.
