Precuneus play compensatory role (see [2]). On contrary, the activation of all conponents of this network in substance dependent subjects was smaller, then in healthy ones. The lack of activation in limbic and striatopallidal systems may indicate that self-concept of the dependent subjects was deprived of emotional and motivational component. In opioid-dependent subjects activation > 10% was noticed only in G. cinguli posterior (L-32%), in stimulant addicts - in the cerebellum: III area (L-11%, R-12.1%) and Vermis I-II sub-areas (11,3%). In alcoholic addicts, on the contrary, there was Cerebellum deactivation – IV-V (L-46.7%, R-40.7%), – including Vermis: (III-64,5%, VII-54,6%, VII-53,9 %, VI-44,2%, IV-V-39,7%). When comparing subjects dependent on alcohol and on other psychoactive substances, the latter also demonstrated significant cerebellum activation. It may reflect a special role of the cerebellum in self-reflection disorders in alcohol addiction.
