It was revealed that course of such diseases as t1dm, essential arterial hypertension, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, cardiovascular disease are more favorable for buryats, and adverse-tuberculosis, endocrine infertility, complicated pregnancy, glaucoma, bones and joints diseases are more complicated. Proposed to take into account the ethnic characteristics of genome, metabolome, microbiome, reproduction, epidemiology and pathogenesis of diseases to develop personalized approach for diagnosis, prevention and treatment of certain pathologies, as well as to use this information for the formulation of socio-economic and health forecasts to improve healthcare system.
