Особенности профессионально-ориентированного обучения в компетентностном образовательном пространстве

This study focuses on psychological-pedagogical problems of innovative training. In contrast to the traditional innovative training aimed at developing competences as the basis for further professional development of students, to self-actualization and self-development. Professional (subject) competencies contribute to the formation of a future specialist, creating the necessary conditions for the full development of personality, especially its professional component. Meta-subject and personal competences constitute a kind of "umbrella" embracing all spheres of human activity, not only its professional component. Innovative pedagogical technologies, the shift of the educational paradigm with subjet-object relations to subject-subject contribute to changes in the educational environment, making education not just a vocational-oriented, but also meets all the requirements of the modern labour market.
